Living in the Moment
a half-day course with Gen Pagpa  Sunday 26th Feb 10am-1pm in Franschhoek In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present — we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content. During this half-day course, you will learn to let go of this bad mental habit so that you can make the most of every moment of your life and begin to discover its true meaning.

at Tushita Buddhist Centre with Providence Niyigena  The children's meditation classes help to develop and nurture the positive qualities in children through meditation and positive thinking. With fun activities, games & art based on Buddhist philosophy these classes are designed to draw out the inner peace in your child.
Recommended for ages 5-12 R20 per child, no need to pre-register, just drop in.
